La Ruota was estabilished in 1982. Since then, they have been a succesful tannery. Producing and trading vegetable tanned cow and calf leathers that are used in various leathergoods such as belts, garments and shoes. La Ruota's method is unique since it uses special Italian vegetable tanning which improves the appearance of the hides with the passage of time. The raw materials come from the Bretagne region of France and various parts of Italy.
